Noah Ngisiang'e is a Senior Research Scientist at the Kenya Marine and Fisheries Research Institute (KMFRI) with an extensive background bridging marine biology and advanced computational systems. He pursues his doctoral studies through a PhD fellowship in Marine Biology at Stockholm University, complementing his academic foundation with a Master of Science in Computer Systems featuring an AI specialization.
