Option #1 -  Payment through e-Citizen platform

Procedure for payment of services

1. Clients brows to e-citizen portal at https://kmfri.ecitizen.go.ke
   
   
2. Sign in on the top right (for those with account numbers), Register (those without account numbers) by selecting the suitable options i.e. citizen, residents, diplomat etc.)
   
   
3. Once logged in scroll down and click all agencies
   
   
4. Receive OTP Verification
   
   
5. Search for KMFRI (Kenya Marine and Fisheries Research Institute) and scroll down to view Online Services
   
   
6. Login with e-Citizen with Email address or ID number/Password and receive OTP Verification
   
   
7. Click on the service required
   
   
8. You will be prompted to make payment, immediately after submission and a receipt will be generated

Option #2 - Direct Sale Services Codes for services

Procedure for payment to ARBEC II using service codes

Participant’s Payment Process

1. Go to MPESA
2. Insert PAYBILL NUMBER 222222
3. Account Number: SERVICE CODE – CUSTOMER’S FIRST NAME (i.e. CNST-Gordon) for registration as a student
4. Then put the amount (+ 50 Shillings Service Charge)
